4.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our booking system
• A valid deposit is required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation

In the event that we need to cancel your tour due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), we will provide:

• Credit for future bookings of equal value
